Short version: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- If you email us: your address and what you write.
- If you join the newsletter (coming soon): your email. Signup will run on Beehiiv, which stores it for us and may track opens and clicks. Every email will have an unsubscribe link. Beehiiv's policy: beehiiv.com/privacy.
- If you buy the template pack (coming soon): the payment company handles your card. We get your name, email, and what you bought, not your card number.
- Basic visit data (browser, pages viewed) logged by our web host, Hostinger, for security.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some tool links may become affiliate links. If you click one, that company may set a cookie to know we sent you. Their privacy policy applies on their site. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Kids under 13
Boessay is for students 13 and older. No signups under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us their info, email support@boessay.com and we'll delete it.
How we use it
To answer you, deliver what you asked for, and, once it's live, send the newsletter you signed up for. We don't sell or rent your information.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime, or email support@boessay.com to see, fix, or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK, or the EU), you may have extra rights, and we'll honor them.
Governing law
This is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
